Yes you can. You will need to already have an account with us first though. So if you aren't already a member of Jersey Philatelic then you can register online today. All you will need to do is provide us with your name and address to get you started. After this you will be able to start adding items to your cart...and then proceed to checkout when you are ready.
Why do I have to log in?
You do not have to log in to browse our site, but if you wish to purchase any of our stock you will need to. Logging in ensures we have all the details we need from you to take payment, deliver your goods to you or contact you if anything goes wrong.
Do I have to log out?
If you are logging in from your own personal computer it isn't always necessary to log out. But we advise that you always log out when used a shared computer, such as those found in internet cafes or libraries etc.
Can I set up a standing order online?
Yes, as soon you have registered with us, you can create Standing Order instructions specific to your own needs.
How will you send my items out to me?
All of our items are hand packaged by our fulfilment team in secure envelopes with addidiotnal cardboard packaging where appropriate.
Do I need to provide my customer number when I register?
To register for your new online account, you only need to provide your email address and a password. To keep your account information secure we do not require your customer number when registering. Once you have registered, your online account will connect with your existing account number providing we have a record of your email address.
I am an existing customer, why do I need to create a new account?
Even if you already have a Philatelic Account with us, you still need to register with the Jersey stamps website.
We will provide all our existing Jersey stamps customers with a unique pin code and password to register with the website for the first time. You can log in using these credentials in the “First time” screen.
Once this initial registration is completed you will have access to your Philatelic Account online; you can top up your account, track your orders and manage any Standing Orders you have with us.
What should I do if I register and my email address has already been used?
You can only register with an email address once. If your email address is already in use then please contact us.
What will happen if the email address I register with is different to the one on my existing customer account?
A brand new account will be created for you if we don't have any record of the email address you register with. When you have completed registration and are signed in, you can check your customer number which appears in My Account section. Once you have signed in you can access My Account using the link at the top left hand corner of the website above the shopping cart.
How do I register?
Simply provide your email address and a password. Once you have registered a welcome email will be sent to your email address. Once you have completed registration, you will be able to access your information when you are signed into our website from the 'My account' section using the link at the top left hand corner of the website.
I've already given you an email address in the past. Why can't I sign in?
If this is the first time you have signed in on our website, you will need to register for an online account and create a password. Your online account will link with your existing account number.
I tried to sign in but my email address is not recognised
It is important that you always sign in with the email address you registered with us. This will typically be the email address we send all correspondence to. If you have forgotten which email address you previously registered, please contact us.
Please note that email addresses are case sensitive so it is important that you type your address the same way each time you sign in.
Mint stamps are exempt from Goods and Services Tax. However, GST is currently levied at 5% on all CTO and non mint products.
My items have arrived and are damaged. Can I return them?
Yes of course. It is preferred if you would contact us via email or phone before sending back your item.
I've changed my mind, can I return my items?
We are not able to refund items or supply philatelic items on a sale or return items.
What credit and debit cards do you accept?
Mastercard/Visa/Maestro and Visa Debit cards can be used to pay for your philatelic products. Jersey Post does not store credit or debit card details.
How soon after I place my order will it arrive?
Please allowed 7 working days for your items to arrive. You should allow up to 14 days after issue date for new issue items. If your item has not arrived after this time please contact the Bureau on 01534 516320.
What are the Post and Packing prices?
CI. And UK Orders: £1.85 (plus VAT when applicable). Containing albums or binders: £3.00 (plus VAT when applicable). Europe orders: £3.00. Containing albums or binders: £7.00. All other destinations: £3.00. Containing albums or binders: £7.00.
I'm ordering from the UK, do I have to pay VAT?
Jersey Post collects VAT in advance on orders from UK customers where appropriate. Mint stamps, FDCs and Packs attract VAT at 5%, all other products attract VAT at 20%. This advance payment will minimise delays and avoid additional Royal Mail collection fees.
Are there any duties payable for destinations beyond the UK?
Items despatched to destinations outside Jersey may be subject to customs or import duties payable in the country of destination over which we have no control. Please check with your local postal authority.
