George Eliot 200th Birth Anniversary - 67p Sheet of Ten
Shown on the 67p stamp is a refelection of how Eliot describes Mont Orgueil castle: “Gorey stands on Grouville Bay, where the grand old castle of Mont Orgueil stands and keeps guard on a fine rocky promontory overlooking the little harbour, dotted with fishing craft." The stamp sheets give the discerning collector access to all the printer's marks and any additional information on the selvedges.
