Popular Culture - The 1990s - £1.30 Sheet of Ten
£13.00
Featured on the £1.30 stamp is the yo-yo which has been a part of children’s lives since antiquity, however, some twentieth-century innovations to the design allowed for a greater stable of tricks, culminating in a surprising revival during the 1990s. This is one stamp from our Popular Culture issue showcasing an image by Joshua Budich about Leisure. The stamp sheets give the discerning collector access to all the printer's marks and any additional information on the selvedges.

Additional Information
Jersey, while only being a small island in the English Channel, continued its march towards the global status the Island now holds in the financial world. As air fares to destinations such as Spain and Turkey became less expensive, Jersey’s tourism and agriculture sectors shrank, and moved away from the post-war tourism boom. Jersey’s financial sector continued to grow exponentially, with the creation of the Jersey Financial Services Commission and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange in 1998.
