Each year, SEPAC, the Small European Postal Administration Co-operation, brings you a beautifully presented collection of stamps on a chosen theme. The folders contain one mint stamp from each participating postal administration, together with information about each of the countries and their stamp subjects.
Please note you will not be charged for the subscription at this stage. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your subscription, set up your preferred start date and payment method. Plus, you will receive free postage and packaging with all subscriptions.
