The Small Postal Administrations' Cooperation (SEPAC) joint stamp issue for 2017 is 'Local Handcraft' and this folder contains one mint stamp from each participating postal administration. The Jersey stamp is from our Ancient Artefacts issue and features an ancient Roman pillar.
