Additional Information
Jersey has had a prosperous agricultural industry for centuries and tractors are a familiar sight around the Island. However, far from just being used for agricultural work, tractors are put to work in many different ways and the eight stamps in this set depict tractors doing a variety of jobs, some of which are specific to the Island.
This 8 stamp issue is the first to feature our new 2022 tariffs. Each stamp shows a different type of tractor which is currently in use, or has been used historically, in Jersey. Each tractor has been shown in context doing a different job.
