Our customer service team is happy to assist with enquiries about orders, subscriptions, and stamp issues.

Do you still ship to the USA?

Due to parcel restrictions, Jersey Stamps can only ship smaller items to the United States. The items USA customers won’t be able to order are Yearbooks, SEPAC folders, Coins, Year pages, First Day Cover binders, and Year pages binders.

If you would like to place an order, please call the team on +44 (0) 1534 616616, as they will be able to assist with taking manual payment and help with any order queries you may have.

How many stamp issues do you produce per year?

Jersey Stamps typically produces 16 stamp issues per year, showcasing a wide range of themes connected to Jersey’s heritage, culture, environment, anniversaries, wildlife and global interests.

What types of stamps do you produce?

Our stamp programme includes a diverse range of philatelic products, such as:

  • Commemorative stamps
  • Definitive stamps
  • Post & Go Stamps
  • Non-value Indicator Stamps
  • Miniature sheets
  • Souvenir Sheetlets
  • First Day Covers (FDCs)

Each issue is thoughtfully designed to appeal to collectors worldwide and celebrate Jersey’s unique identity.

What do “MINT” and “CTO” mean?

  • MINT (Mint Condition):
     A stamp that is unused and in pristine condition, typically with full original gum.
  • CTO (Cancelled to Order):
     A stamp that has been postmarked by the issuing authority but has not been used in postal circulation. CTO stamps are often sold as collectible items.

How do I become a subscriber?

Becoming a Jersey Stamps subscriber is simple:

  1. Visit our subscription page: https://jerseystamps.com/collections/subscriptions.
  2. Add your preferred subscription type (e.g. new issues, specific themes, or products) to your basket.
  3. Complete your order and a member of the Jersey Stamps team will be in touch to confirm payment details and your subscription preferences.

Subscriptions ensure you never miss a new issue and receive stamps automatically upon release. Additionally, our subscribers receive FREE shipping!

When do subscribers receive their items?

Subscribers receive their items quarterly, for 2026 the subscription runs are:

  • 23rd March 2026
  • 12th June 2026
  • 28th September 2026
  • 9th November 2026

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but orders are dispatched promptly to ensure timely arrival.

Can I send you my art portfolio for consideration in a stamp issue?

Yes! Jersey Stamps welcomes interest from artists and designers.

If you would like to be considered for future stamp designs, you can submit your portfolio to the team via email. Please include:

  • Examples of your work
  • A short artist biography
  • Contact details

While we are unable to respond to every submission, all portfolios are reviewed as part of our design selection process. Pleas send your examples to stamps@jerseypost.com.
